WE SEEK TO SHARE OUR BLESSINGS EXTRAVAGANTLY

We believe extravagantly giving is less about how much a person gives and more about how a person gives.  At Flagler Beach United Methodist Church we pray that giving financially isn't an obligation, but instead a way for us to partner with God in building his Kingdom of faith, hope and love on Earth.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well.  What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are and helps proclaim the gospel.  We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Prayer Request
Your FBUMC prayer chain invites YOU to join in our praying for others. The prayer chain is sent out every week. It has 4 categories: Congregation, Homebound, Friends and Family and Other prayer requests. Special prayer requests are sent as needed. All you need is a computer to receive the prayer chain and time to hold these requests before our Lord. If interested please email fbumc1@gmail.com so you can be added to the email list. Thank you for considering this awesome group of members and friends (our wonderful snowbirds are very welcome) of FBUMC.
Thank you for visiting our web page and seeking to find out more about us here at Flagler Beach United Mehodist Church.  We grow in our spiritual lives through worship services, Sunday School and the Pastor's Weekly Bible Study.  Our church understands that ministry really begins as we leave the sanctuary and go out into the community to serve God's people.

We serve through our Food Pantry, Prayer Shawl Ministry, Cancer Care Ministry, Christmas Angel Tree Project and participating in our local city and county's events.  We also have a sister church in Cuba that we are very active in serving together in mission - Las Tunas United Methodist Church.

We are blessed to serve our community by opening up our spaces for other groups to utilize:  we have 7 Alcoholic Anonymous, 3 Al-Anon, 2 Narcotics Anonymous, 3 yoga classes, DAR and TOPS (a Grief Support Group) that meet here. We are also a Voting site for Flagler County residents and for AARP taxes.

We strive to live out our mission statement: "We receive God's gift of grace through Jesus Christ.  We seek to extend this grace to all persons through our church, the Body of Christ through Open Doors, Open Hearts and Open Minds."  We hope you will come and worship with us and experience for yourselves the generous and wonderful hearts of persons driven by the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
